Where treasures travel

The Merchant currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

How you choose your journey

During checkout, after confirming your details, you choose how the Merchant should send your treasure. The available journeys are:

• Royal Courier — £2.99, estimated delivery 2–4 working days.
• Royal Courier Tracked — £3.99, estimated delivery 1–2 working days.
• Free Journey — free, automatically applied when your treasure subtotal reaches £30.00.

The total at checkout shows the cost of your chosen journey clearly before you pay.

Dispatch

The Merchant aims to dispatch treasures within 1–3 working days of your order being confirmed and paid for. Each treasure is carefully prepared by hand before it begins its journey.

Free Journey threshold

When your treasure subtotal reaches £30.00, the Merchant grants your treasures a Free Journey — standard shipping is applied at no extra cost.

If a journey is delayed

If a treasure is delayed beyond the estimated arrival, the Merchant will do its best to keep you informed. If your treasure takes longer than expected, please Send Word to the Merchant with your order number.

Delivery addresses

You are responsible for making sure the delivery address you provide is correct. If you have a Recognised Traveller account, you can save addresses in your "Traveller's Map" to speed up future checkouts.

Lost or damaged treasures in transit

If a treasure is genuinely lost before it reaches you, or arrives damaged, the Merchant will help put it right — for example by sending a replacement or providing a refund. The risk of loss does not pass to you before your treasure is delivered, and the Merchant will not place that loss onto you contrary to the law.
