✉️ Your right to cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your treasure, without giving a reason. To cancel, Send Word to the Merchant with your order number before those 14 days are up.
Please handle your treasure as you would in a shop — you may try it on to check the fit. If it is worn or handled more than that, your refund may be reduced to reflect the diminished value of the returned bracelet.
Unless we agree otherwise, you will bear the cost of returning the treasure. We will refund you through your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back.
